This is apparently a 4 star hotel ...let me tell you it is NOT. From the receptionist greeting to the Hotel managers lack of interest when a complaint is made it is more suitable to a 2 star hotel. We arrived and when we were checked in we were not told any information about breakfast or tour we booked ...basically... more

A typical motel room with double bed and single, which was fine for a business overnight stay, however the room rate of $180/night per single, was definitely over the top for the room.
