El Paso Motor Inn is in a great location, only about 50 metres from the river and right in the heart of town, and gives excellent value. Positives of this hotel are:

* Rooms are normally only $125 per night, although with the conference I was attending we had a deal which reduced this to $115 per night,
* The Hot Breakfast (sausages, bacon, tomato and eggs) is only $17.50. The restaurant has a nautical theme and a great view for breakfast,
* Parking and wireless internet (which I have noticed many hotels are now charging for) are free. Having stayed recently at several hotels where I have had to pay for intenet access in 1 hour blocks, this was a BIG plus,
* The conference I was attending didn't finish until 3:00pm and although checking out after breakfast the staff were happy let me keep my car in their carpark until the conference finished,
* I liked the touch of the mintie on the bedside table and they also still include biscuits with the complimentary... more
