While the room I had was quite nice, and the bed comfortable, the service at this hotel was terrible. Staff were clearly not properly trained and gave different responses to questions, leading to all sorts of complications. They failed to communicate among one other. What an absoulute joke Outrigger resort is. For the price we paid it was not worth it at all. Check in was late and unorganised. Room was clean but air con was not working. Staff looked stressed and unhappy. Recked of alcohol and quite rude. A serious do not go zone. more
