I was here recently for a conference and I cannot fault the Hyatt. The room (I had a king) was huge with floating wooden floors and a view of the awesome hotel pool - it's an acre of salt water, with a sand beach! The staff were very helpful and the conference went smoothly with far too much great food.... More

Once again our stay at the Hyatt was amazing. The service in this resort is of highest standard and from check in to check out the staff here are very attentive. While it is said that rooms are a little dated the furnitue and fixtures are of high quality and class and make for a very pleasant stay! We had... More

The hotel is in a very quiet area. The room may need a little updating, but the bathroom was lovely. The room has a marina view and it's lovely to sit on the balcony, very peaceful. We had a room with access to the Regency Club and it's well worth the money. Very easy walk to the nearby village with... More

Check in at reception was a breeze. Our booking displayed a "double bed" and when we requested a King sized bed, we were allocated one without any trouble - and with a Marina View!! Valets were excellent! Couldn't fault their service. They took us to our room in their buggy with our luggage and gave us directions of the various... More

We stayed at Hyatt Sanctuary Cove for 5 days prior to Christmas 2011. There were 3 of us, including my wife and 12 yo son, and we stayed in a Queenslander suite. Initial impressions were fantastic. As you enter the Hope Island area, things start to look upmarket (because they are!), and as we reached the front of the hotel,... More

Good -------------------- Nice looking resort style hotel. Good size room. Clean sheets. Comfortable bed. LCD TV with plenty of channels. Really nice artificial salt-water beach and lagoon. Easy access to golf course. Very friendly and efficient staff. Quick check-in and check-out. A bit out of the way. Bad --------------------- Breakfast was average. I had to ask for soy milk every... We are recently back from a three night getaway at the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove. Like many of the other reviewers we were truly impressed by the great and faultless service from all staff at the hotel. The lagoon pool looked great but unfortunately due to some summer rain we only had one swim in it. The buffet breakfast had... More

Just recently stayed at the Hyatt for some time out and throughly enjoyed our time there. Rooms are a little outdated, but more than make up for it with it's Queensland heritage charm. There is much to be said for staying in a hotel with character as opposed to one of the many serviced apartments on the Gold Coast with... More

We have stayed at this property many many times with friends, family and as a couple. The service we have experienced on each occasion has been 5 stars. This property is large and well designed. With several wings scattered thru the lush grounds. There is a large lagoon pool with ample sun loungers with a scattering of umbrellas to keep... More

Attended a conference and stayed one night at the Hyatt Sanctuary Cove. There was an issue with my booking however the hotel staff that checked me in resolved the matter relatively quickly and provided excellent service even though the hotel was quite busy. For the navigationally challenged I would recommend using the hotel bell desk and complimentary buggy service to... More
