Check in at reception was a breeze. Our booking displayed a "double bed" and when we requested a King sized bed, we were allocated one without any trouble - and with a Marina View!!

Attended a conference and stayed one night at the Hyatt Sanctuary Cove. There was an issue with my booking however the hotel staff that checked me in resolved the matter relatively quickly and provided excellent service even though the hotel was quite busy.
