We had to stay in Mackay for one night and this motel did the job. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable. It's close to Canelands shoppingcentre, the Blue Lagoon and the restaurants on Victoria Street. The managers are really friendly. Bring some earplugs if you want a good sleep, because it can be noisy.

Good value for people on a budget. very clean rooms close to everything . Rooms not huge but good for 1 or 2 nights.comfy bed ...Courtesy buses will pick up from hotel went to Magpies sports club.. great club meals ... Would stay again .

My husband and I stayed here for a night during our stopover to Cairns. The room is spacious with cutlery provided. However, en suite is very small and there is no hand/face towels provided. $130 for a night is considered steep, but it was Christmas Day.

Stayed one night in this small property in Mackay. The managers were very helpful and friendly, and warned us that 4 in a room would be compact. The aircon was great, fridge didn't work and bathroom - should I say shower room very tight.

This is a perfectly decent motel, clean, functional and quite spacious. I was really impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, who did provide a really lovely welcome and helped us find our way about town and get sorted for our drive on the next day.
