Clean, new but small motel rooms situated close to everything (e.g. Buffs Club) in the centre of this modern mining town – you can walk everywhere for food and drink. The drawback is the traffic noise as you are adjacent to the main highway – so use ear plugs. We had a cheapish weekend deal, but weekday hotel prices in The Isa are inflated by the business trade. more

The rooms I and my colleagues had were all newly built, quite large inside, with large clean bathrooms. Not just tea and coffee but also biscuits and hot chocolate were provided in the rooms - a nice extra touch.
The cooked breakfast in the restaurant was very nice, however the fresh fruit provided was not fresh on one morning, and completely absent the next.
Great air conditioning in the rooms so no worries there! more
