I chose this motel after reading another review here. The description was pretty accurate. Nothing to rave about for facilities or decor but the price is good (don't forget to ask for a discount if you are a senior or RACV member). The only quibble I had was that I specifically asked about internet facilities before booking but was assured there was but wasn't told you had to pay for it. more

While visiting friends in Toowoomba we decided to stay the night as it was getting late and the weather was pretty bad to drive home.

We picked this place after driving around a bit and looking at a few other places. This motel had very reasonable rates and the people were super friendly. Other places we went to were very expensive for ordinary/dodgy looking rooms.

We ended up ordering room service dinner and breakfast. Both were excellent and worth the money considering they were delivered to the room.

The motel is on a main street but it was quiet and we had a great night's sleep.

It's not the newest motel around (double brick style) but does offer good value for money and nice clean rooms. more
