This hotel is within a block of all the shops and restaurants in Glenelg and the beautiful beach. The room is large and roomy and the bathroom with shower is comfortable. It's no frills but clean and well-maintained. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. more

I stayed here with my wife and had a good stay overall. We drove from Melbourne and it has good secure parking under the motel. Motel is slightly outdated by US standards. Rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, staff friendly and the a/c and heating work well, but this isn't the place for physically impaired guests. Although the building looked nice from the outside, it is situated on a noisy street. The hotel has, however, tried to mitigate against this by having double (or tripe) glazing. The hotel is old and the rooms are tried but the worst thing is that you can hear everything. Fights in the streets below in the middle of the night and you can hear what the neighbour is saying. The location is great but unfornately because of the noise you dont get any sleep. Give it a miss. more
