I had a booking for 3 nights at the Limestone Coast tourist park at Mount Gambier, unfortunatley my daughter got sick the morning we left and on arrival we decided only 2 nights would be better. On arrival we were expecting a warm smiley reception as quoted in the brochure but were promptly given our rights read out from their policy. 14 days required for cancellation, they would only let us check in if we paid in full for 3 nights even if we went home early, we had already given a deposit of $116 which they were quick to point out wont be refunded. Our only option was to loose our money for one night either way, Then they decided to refuse our booking totally and only refund our deposit if they could find someone else to stay in our place. We left it with them.
