I recently stayed here while traveling through Mt Gambier on a motoring holiday. The room was a good size, a bit retro looking but very well maintained. The motel was about about 2 kms from the city center. The price of the room was also unbelieveable. Don't drive past this one!. Ian

We had a great stay, payed $70 nice and quiet off the highway, handy to town. Guest Kitchen bit old and the whole property is aged but clean bed, hot shower, which is all we needed. Next time we are in Mt Gambier we will go there again. Don't know what these other reviews expect for $70 per night

Had booked a family room at $160 per night was offered two separate rooms. Small, old smelly perfect immitation of 1960's very poor quality motel. Postage stamp size bathroom, lack of paint on walls tiniest TV on market, old airconditioner. Book this if you want to stay in a great immitation of a run down dump. I refused to stay.... More

Two electric blankets that didnt work, a heater that didnt work correctly, you only get 2hrs of free wifi (that's if you can connect) I couldnt.
