Booked this motel by internet sight and site unseen. Probably chose the most convenient, and probably the best, place in town anyway. Overnight aircon was a no-no due to excessive noise. We drove into Mount Gambier to check out the Blue Lakes and various sink holes which were quite interesting indeed. We stayed at the Golden Chain Arkana Motel that night which I can highly recommend. Spent a night here with a car. Basically it is a motel and wouldn't have been my first choice but limited options. The rooms are large and good and the motel is good value.
