We are a family of two adults and two children and we stayed for two nights in a two bedroom apartment at Adina Place. The apartment was perfectly fine with a good location. The decor is a little tired but there is plenty of space and they are well equipped. All apartments have a nice view looking out over Launceston.... more

This accommodation is in need of an upgrade. The apartment was very dated both in furniture and fittings. There was rust in the bathroom and on the front of bar fridge. The bed was uncomfortable and in need of replacement as were the chairs. Adina Place is up at the top of very hilly York Street so not the best... more

While searching for accommodation in Launceston that would suit 3 adults I found the Adina Place Apartments offered 2 bedroom self-contained apartments for less than a motel room with a double and single bed. We stayed at Adina Place for seven nights to attend the fabulous cycling carnivals running at La Trobe, Launceston and Devonport. The bikes and us were made very welcome. Adina Place is an affordable option for accomodation in Launceston. Although the rooms are a bit small, they each have a balcony looking over the city with some great views. The owners are very friendly and will do anything they can to make your stay more enjoyable. We contacted the owners directly and were able to get the same price... more

We have now stayed here twice this year and will stay again mainly because of where it is situated. It is easy walking distance to Launceston City Centre and all rooms have a lovely outlook over the city. We stayed here with our two teenage children and baby.
