The beds were about 3 years past their use by date. We had been told that they had recently renovated but only some things looked new. The table was well worn and stained. Beds can sometimes prove to be a difficult item. Accommodating each individual guests requirements is extremely hard as some people like a soft bed while others like to sleep in a firm bed. At the Villas we have a range of both. If a mattress is faulty then it would be replaced immediately, as we of course value new guests...
Stayed there 14th to 17th March 2009 and found the two room apartment very comfortable. It is ideally situated within easy walking distance to the city centre and has a late closing supermarket just behind the Villas. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit on a business trip. Basic Accommodation was rather tired, although the bathroom had clearly been renovated and hot water was plentiful. Heater provided lukewarm heat. Very surprised with your comments, as the 2 bedroom units have recently undergone a full refurbishment including heating of which we are extremely proud and have had very positive feedback. It was pleasing to see a picture of the refurbished rooms included in the Walkers review below (main area). We are truly very pleased with the results and confirm housekeeps...
Apartments good for families and groups but if only a couple, believe that other locations would give better value for money. Staff very friendly, apartments clean and well maintained, close to city and adjacent to a shopping centre. Beds quite comfortable and facilities in good condition, but because shower is in bath, be careful getting in and out. more
Thank you for your comments. Customer feedback is important to us as it helps us to improve our services. The villas have always been a popular choice for families and groups, having 3 different types of accommodation including motel suites which are adeal for singles/couples not requiring cooking facilities or looking for a more economical room.
Stayed for two nights and found the accommodation very average for the price. Standard motel room, which although very clean was very small.
