As the name suggests, it's a bar and a restaurant. Guess you could count it as a cafe too. The room is clean and neat but very small. With an extra bed in we couldn't even open the fridge and kept bumping into things. I was afraid the noise problems would come from the bar below but instead it came from the carpark behind where some youths and others were making very loud noises with their cars, motorbikes, etc. until late at night. I think that's their hangout. Whatever it is, it was very disturbing. Strangely, there is also no one at the reception (never saw it being manned during our entire stay), so it's a bit incovenient to find people to help you, even find people to pay for your stay. We only managed cos we happended to "bump" into the staff. Or else you'll have to ask the bar staff. The location is convenient and it's easy to walk to the main shopping areas.
