I stayed there for one night and our stay was comfortable.Room was clean and has everything which is necessary , we also asked for microwave/Crockery which they readily put in our room.It's best part is that it's in middle of city and is near to the attractions.Overall it's worth the money we paid for.

I'm not sure what drugs some of the reviewers of this hotel have been taking? While the place is a bit 1980s, its perfectly fine and represents decent value in the down town of Ballarat.
If i had anything to complain about it would be the clapped out fridge in the room that was not really up to the job....
