The hotel staff were friendly and as request when I made the booking bedding configuration was given. The room was nothing fancy but beds were comfy enough. Decor was outdated but considering , carpets could have done with a good clean but for a basic one night stay I would recommend this place.

We paid for a Deluxe Bay View room but got a carpark with sound effects from a nearby building site thrown in. Never saw the staff to complain about the wrong room as they didn't seem to actually work there, ever! Also there is no Foxtel. False advertising and non existent service. Cleaners were all very friendly though.
