We stayed there to participate in the 1/2 ironman triathlon and the Quest was ideal in terms of what it offered. We had a two bedroom two bathroom apartment for two nights. Our room was next to the freeway and didn't hear any noise at all. Location great, clean and friendly staff.

Recently stay at The Quest Geelong the apartments are very nice, large living area and a great kitchen. The only disappointment was in not having double glazed windows as the apartment backed on to a busy road. The apartment are within walking distance to the esplanade which have good restaurants We had a enjoyable stay in Geelong.

Positives...spotlessly clean and lovely staff. Negatives...very thin internal walls with no noise insulation at all. In short, nice place but not for sleeping. Also, disappointingly, The promotion give the impression that this is waterside...it's actually a block back from the bay with no view.

The service, rooms, view were all very good here. It is reletively close to the city centre. The rooms were quite luxurious but it was missing something that would have made it excellent. I guess it's the wow factor that bigger hotels have.
