This is an older style motel. The room we had was spacious.big room. Everything in it worked!. The place was spotless. The room was nice and quiet for a good nights sleep.. No complaints here. Friendlty reception. I would use again. Good value for money.

Easily found on the Western Highway entering Horsham from Melbourne. Despite the modest external appearance, the rooms are clean and well equipped with decent fridge, microwave, air con, TV, crockery, etc.) Good BBQ near pool. My bowls side, up from Melbouren for a championship, occupied 12 of the 15 rooms and nothing was too much trouble for the owners.

Staff were friendly and kind, heated up the room for us as we were arriving late with a baby and toddler. Room was not at all fancy but very clean and bright with all that you'd need. Comfy room, nice large tele, and single rates!!! No traffic noise from all the truck afforded me a great sleep. Staff very helpful and friendly.
