We didn't have a booking made and looked around Lakes Entrance, when we saw the Best Western, it looked very appealing with its manicured lawns and pretty garden and we were fortunate enough to get a room. Very reasonable rates and we had a very pleasant stay. Did not have breakfast there.

Luxurious,very comfortable and very clean! After many hours travelling we were looking for somewhere for the night,this place was beyond our expectations.The owner was more than happy to give us the key before committing.Very well maintained inside and out.The bed was so comfortable,made for a great nights sleep.Worth every cent.

This is a great motel for overnighters or a more extended stay. Ideally situated in the town - just far enough from the centre and yet everything is easily accessible . Clean rooms and the best breakfast served on time. The reception was excellent and couldn't have been friendlier. What more could a traveller want ?

The room was great - but then we went for the King size spa room. Everything is clean and well presented. The grounds are beautifully groomed with outdoor tables and a lovely garden. The pool is clean and also in a good setting.

The couple who own/operate this hotel are very friendly and happy to help, we were upgraded to a spa room which had a very large bathroom and good sized bedroom. Room is great, spacious & airy. Free wifi. Owners/hosts very nice couple. Would definitely stay here again. Walk up rate is also very good. Just the place after a long day. Nice pool & garden at the back.
