Friendly and helpful service. We stayed in a family room. Beds were comfortable, tv's in each room, spacious. Bathroom was dated (shower hot water played up) There was a bit of noise outside, but was generally peaceful otherwise. Great proximity to Mcdonalds, subway, and walkable distance to the main shops. Great heater. Worth staying again overall.

Everything in hotel Ibis in Swan Hill was good,location,service and very comfortable bed.After long trip from Adelaide we had very good night sleep. We would stay there again and would recommend to other people.

the motel was 3 star, not 4 star as quoted. The linen, shower, towels etc were clean, unfortunatey, alot of rubbish, dirt was lying around. Skip bin outside door, which had unpleasant odours. The motel was very tired.

If we had a "deluxe" room - the standard room must be VERY ordinary. It was basic, dated and tatty. It faced the main road - traffic all night, and the promotion large neon sign was just outside - bright light all night. Not a pleasant or relaxing experience. Will not be staying again.

Stayed there for three nights during Easter recently. Rooms are great, complimentary breakfast was good value and saved us lots. Good value accommodation. Grounds are well kept and pool is clean. Mini golf and tennis court. Very polite staff who are eager to assist. Restaurant is mostly burgers which is limiting. Went elsewhere for dinner, a shame. Ok place to stay.
