We stayed here 2 nights. The rooms were avarge and would recommend for a general nights accomodation but not luxurious like it should be and once was in it's day. Needs a big makeover to restore it's 80's quality. more

I called the hotel at 10am&11.30am and 1.40pm today to book four rooms for my buisiness for two days this week. I was told on each occasion they were too busy to deal with my request. We decided to give the Lord Forrest Bunbury another chance after seeing that it had had been 'refurbished', and because Bunbury is such a charming little place. Not a good start when you are checking in to hear another guest talking to the duty manager about how the cleaner gave them cleaning products to clean their own spa (which smelt bad and was dirty). As the hotelo was booked by the company for a 21 day business trip I had no other choice... The room was dated, dark colors, leaking windows, dripping tab. Helpful was the large fridge. The bed was o.k. Breakfast is good if you stay for a day or a weekend but afterwards you will not see the same food arranged... more

Never again! Definitely not child friendly, or people friendly for that matter. Lots of problems with reservations. I have never seen so many guests complain at one time. Unfriendly managers who refuse to speak to guests. I would sleep in my car rather than the Quality Hotel Lord Forrest. more
