I stayed one night in room 102. Room itself was nicely decorated - if a bit dark - in brown tones. Very clean. Bathroom appeared to newly decorated - some rethink of design is needed, toilet area got soaked when I had a shower - I think because I am tall and water easily got over / around the small... more

Quite a pleasant hotel offering reasonable value-for-money. Even though it is located right on the main street and we were there on a Saturday night (and therefore much traffic), the room was surprisingly muffled from all noise. The staff were suitably non-plussed although not rude in anyway, just seemed like they would liked to have been elsewhere. No milk in... more

We've just spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel. Booked the Executive Suite, which included breakfast at the bargain price of NZ$199 a night. Wonderful room, huge lounge, double spa bath, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The service was perfect - we arrived at 3.30am and were checked in with the minimum of fuss.
