LOCATION: Conveniently located right by Pacific Coast Highway, SH25. A short walk to local supermarket and restaurants. Free outdoor car park. HOTEL: Surly host provided fast check-in. New but a bit dusty room. OK beds. Skimpy pillows. Decent shower. Fan, no air-conditioning. CONCLUSION: Not recommended.

The only fault is that it is on the main road and some of the trucks that go by let off their air brakes right outside the hotel rooms. Great room big and spacious. Compact, spotless and with all necessary facilities. No traffic noise at night. Jan was very helpful and the breakfast was fine too. The best thing was Jan's suggestion to dine at The Bullion down the road. Fabulous!
