Return visit after three years. Sharon, Michael and Harry very welcoming to their home, stayed the night in one of their cabins, very modern, spacious, great 'extras', beer in the fridge, cookies. Fabulous breakfast in the family kitchen, lots of good conversation, could have stayed all day enjoying the delights of this great homestay. Very unique. more

What a great place to stay! Sharon and Michael were so friendly and kind and their son, Harry, is just adorable. We only had one night in Greymouth, but thoroughly enjoyed the Bluegums B&B. It is actually south of Greymouth on a little farm. We did not know what to expect as the name Greymouth conjures up rather drab images. Instead, we found the most wonderful spot, not far from the sea, surrounded by farmland and with superb, clean, self-contained newly-built accommodation, beautifully furnished and very quiet.
