Loved our stay. Unfortunately we only had one night here and wish we could have stayed longer.

We met one of the owners on arrival and she was so friendly and helpful. She showed us to our apartment and stopped to chat for a while, which was lovely.

Apartment was beautifully decorated with mainly balinese style furniture. The owners had clearly put a lot of thought into each room. The bed in the master bedroom was amazing. It reminded me of an old shipwreck and had sheets draped around the headboard, which reminded me of sails.

The apartment was such a bargain. We were going to book a private room in a hostel, as there were 4 of us but it actually worked out to be the same price to stay here.

We stayed at Coconut Palms on the bay for a week in Nov 07.
From the moment we arrived the onsite managers couldnt do enough to make us feel at home. They were always willing to suggest the best the area had to offer such as The whale watching cruises, 4WD tours on Fraser Island or simply the best cafe for breakfast.

The rooms had recently been renovated and decorated and were very clean and comfortable.

With the beach just across the esplanade it made our daily walk with our 1 year old daughter very easy and pleasurable.

Would definitely recommend this establishment to families or couples seeking a holiday where you can walk to convenience stores,great restaurants and bars as well as the beach.

Definitely going back..infact have booked for Xmas 08. Cant Wait.. more
