I booked three nights in Bay View for the Easter break. I advised at the time that I needed a room for three, that my teenage children were coming with me.
It was nothing like the photos they had on the website!!
The room was disgusting!
The walls were dirty!!
The carpet was dirty, there was sand in one of the beds.
It had a funny smell.
The furniture was old and bedcover was horrible.
The shower was in the room, in the main bedroom, no privacy for my children or myself.
The sink had stains.
The door on the cabinet above was broken.
There was no table to eat at, so we had to sit on the bed to eat.
The bin wasn't emptied and the tea, coffee and sugar sachets not refreshed.
We had to ask for more toilet paper.
The toilet door didn't close properly and was disgustingly dirty (see pics) I actually wet a towel, rubbed some soap on and cleaned some of the dirt off myself!! Again see the pics!!
I paid $300 for this...
