We, 3 adults stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom deluxe cabin with water views. Park is surrounded by colour bond steel and cyclone fencing, topped with barbed wire. Cabin was clean, second double bed had a bunk bed over the bed and not a very big room. Park has lots of caravans coming and going. Shower was hot and... More

Do not believe you will get what you book. I booked a waterfront caravan site 29 hours ahead, with no warning it was not guaranteed. Upon arriving at about 2.00pm we were given one of the worst sites; dust and viewing an old tin fence. The staff at the desk did not handle our concerns well. They thought they had... More

As we have commenced the peak season, a days notice for a reservation is not enough when the majority of our guests book weeks and months ahead. We go out every morning and make every effort to satisfy requests and allocate the best sites possible. We do not guarantee sites because on the day other guests may extend their stay... More

We were luck we had a caravan site over looking a sort of beach and Flinders Rangers, with a railway between. Very average park facilities average, town industrial so not pretty, would probably bypass next time. Trains ran all night so not much sleep.

We don't like to complain, but we wish others to be aware of the poor customer service we received from the manager at this caravan park. We arrived late afternoon, and as we travel with a dog, we knew (having called in advance of our arrival) that our only option at this park was to pitch a tent, the receptionist... More

By the time I got to speak to you, you had clearly made up your mind not to stay at our park, and continued to harass the staff and call them names for merely doing their job. The park is on the beach front and the majority of the grounds are sand and dirt. We have several tents on our... More

My wife and I were traveling with our dog. We went to the Shoreline CP because we were told that it was the only CP in Pt Augusta where we could have a cabin and take our dog (while they allowed dogs, he had to be kept outside of the cabin). We took a deluxe cabin on the water front.... More

Stayed here for 2 nights on a powered site, we had a large drive through site, the park was very clean and tidy and the amenities were outstanding (just been revamped and look excellent) we had to use the 2nd ammenity blocks while they put new benches and sinks in and even these blocks were spotless. Friendly and helpful staff... More

Sour faced rude reception staff, dust dust everywhere but to be expected. Staff didnt even know they had a disabled bathroom but when asked if the light could be fixed so we use it at night no action was taken so we had to shower by torchlight. No we couldnt use the main facilities due to personal reasons. Everything is... More

Had I been approached regarding these problems (I live on the premises) I’m sure I could have assisted with your enquiries. We do not have a tourist board out the front for anyone to direct you to so I am unsure of what you speak. If you had spoken to me directly I could have reprimanded and ensured the staff... More

Thanks for the kind review. It's my favourite time of year again when all the Nomads are on the move. I look forward to seeing all the smiling faces and share a yarn / joke or 2, her about your latest travels and maybe even join you for happy hour. Best wishes, see you soon More

Thank you for accommodating me last year. I had a camp site then moved to a cabin due to heavy rain and lack of grass to lessen the blow. Enjoyed the facilities, pool was nice, cabin was old. Have to return in the future and to hopefully see some changes. One more thing please put some grass down it's helpful... More

Thanks Mick for taking the time to post a review. We look forward to seeing you again in the near future. I, too would like to see grass within the park, especially on the campgrounds, but sadly in reality it is an almost impossible task as we are on permanent water restrictions; this coupled with the amount of tents we... We have stayed at caravan parks in the past. Never seen one that was this unclean, cutlery and pans have reached end of life period.Waited for dawn to move out. No relevance for the charges paid. Do not be misguided by the room/ unit charges.
