Top Ten holiday parks are generaly quite good. This one is definetly sub-par. The kitchen and washroom facilities were much too small to accomodate the number of guests. The site is a bit out of the way, although close to the gardens. It also is adjacent to Train Tracks, never good for a nights sleep.
