We really enjoyed our stay at the Everton B & B. Martin & Diane were very welcoming and friendly. Martin took us out in his boat and we had a brilliant time...it was like a private charter, lunch was delicious in amazing surroundings. We met their friends and really got to know some Kiwis, only possible in B & Bs. The room was lovely with a wonderful view from the balcony. If you are in the Abel Tasman area I can recommend this as a good place to stop. more

Only B&B we have stayed in in New Zealand which was as described - others should all be charged with false advertising.
We found those run by English migrant hosts the most dishonest.

Just up from a great beach, quiet, clean and very comfortable.
Martin a great host and his boat trip up the coast - if running - is a must.

Breakfast and boat trip lunch could not be faulted.
King room worth the extra money and has great view.

Martin directed us to a local pub where there were real Kiwis and the best value meal we had on the trip.

If only all B&Bs were like this!
