We stayed 3 days in Nelson and could not have picked a better Homestay/B&B. It was hard to choose between the bedrooms. Both have spectacular views. One has a queen bed with ensuite and the other has twin beds with a private bath. We opted for the twin beds as it was a bit bigger and had a patio door leading to the huge deck. As the name implies it overlooks the harbour and what a beautiful view (see attached photo).

Judy serves a very complete Continental Breakfast. You have use of the entire floor and outside deck. Judy lives on the second floor.
The house is very clean and everything is comfortable and spacious. And the price was great at $150 NZ.

Ask Judy for her recommendations on restaurants. She even allowed us to bring back fish and chips from the local diner and eat on the private deck.
