For about NZ$170 (discounted web rate) we got offhand staff and tiny, sweltering ground floor room (no air con, no fridge, no tea/coffee etc). Great place to stay! Styled like an old brick villa , But with all the modern touches. Almost like your own little modern castle! Set in an amazing setting , stunning gardens! Restaurant is also very good , Neat coastal walks near by , But would recommend having transport to see the Nelson area. more

This was a lovely place to stay for a few nights. We had an upstairs studio apartment with kitchenette.
