The resort is now under new management. Compared to when we last stayed here twelve months ago one of its star ratings has definitely gone out! There seems to be a lack of attention to detail. We stayed at Kimi Ora and were wanting a wellness weekend away but ended up staying beside a family with young kids, very noisy. The rooms are not noise proof! Also it was a long weekend and the restaurant was not open for one night and were never told upon booking, the township which has 2 restaurants were both closed... more
We stayed at Kimi Ora in February 2006 and had a wonderful time. It was the perfect place to pamper ourselves and luxuriate after kayaking and camping up and down the Abel Tasman coast.
