The Nautilus Lodge Motel is amazing--extremely clean, well kept, everything seems very new. Gleaming bathroom, ample balcony, kitchenette with everything you need. The owners are extremely helpful and nothing seemed too much bother for them to help with. They even lent us a laundry drying rack to use on the balcony overnight. This new motel in Motueka is modern and stylish. They made the decor much more interesting than that of a standard roadside motel, with everything being modern and tan in color. Note that the room I got is somewhat different than the other rooms in this property since it was Unit 1 which is a studio in a different building... more
