Jenny and Nick were very welcoming and full of great information to help us during our stay with them. We felt comfortable and relaxed because the room was beautiful and clean, they provided breakfast for us even though we were leaving early in the morning and even mailed out an item that we left in our room. We highly recommend... More

Thank you for taking the time out to post a review. January was a very busy month, but we did manage to help out a lot of guests with their travel plans. The new direct ferry from Nelson to Abel Tasman national park which you used, has been a great benefit to many of our guests, allowing them to have... More

After arriving at Warwick house we were greeted by the hosts Nick and Jenny who were very warm and welcoming. There was also the added bonus of their delightful dog Vickey who put a smile on my face after a months travelling and no animal love. We were then shown to a lovely room on the ground floor. This room... More

Thank you for your kind feedback. It has been a very busy season here for us and we do greatly appreciate when guests take the time to post such positive feedback. Vicky our Black Labrador has been in 'high demand' again by guests for regular dog walks. She enjoys all the nice trails that start right by the house. This... More

We arrived early afternoon, only to find out we coldn't check in until 4PM. We came back, and were shown to our 'suite'. It was terrible. The smell of rising damp just about knocked you off your feet, and the 'full kitchenette' was a fridge, toaster and kettle in the toilet / bathroom. When I explained that I couldn't stay... More

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay - Your booking was for a standard room and not one of our 4 large suites. This room was completed only 12 months ago with modern moisture proof flooring materials. Since then there have never been any complaints of smells - The room has opening windows on 3... More

We stayed at Warwick House for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and tidy and the hosts Nick & Jenny were friendly and available but not "in your face". The Hotel is an easy walk into the town centre which was a drawcard in booking it and it was a bonus to be able to... More

Many thanks for the nice comments. It was a pleasure having you both here. Restoring this very large and early Victorian property (1854) was a huge job, but we are now able to share it with travelers from so many different parts of the world. We are very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of New Zealand and... More

Warwick House is exquisite in design and nature. It is elegant and absolutely gorgeous. It is abounding in history and grace. The history of the House is as magnificent as its structure and when we arrived, we didn’t want to leave. Warwick House really is a must stay in Nelson. My husband and I stayed at Warwick House for 2... More

Our travel agent booked this B&B for us during our tour of New Zealand for the Rugby World Cup. I was excited to stay here after reviewing their website. However, when we got there, the first thing that was odd was having to ring the doorbell everytime we needed to get into the main house and speak to the owner.... More

we stayed at Warwick House for 3 nights and loved our stay. The location is good, slightly out of the city centre, about a 10 minute walk into town. The hosts were lovely and gave us good information about what to do in Nelson. Every room at Warwick House is individual, our Bayview Suite was excellent and as the name... More

During our 6 months world trip, this was one of the most atmospheric accommodations we have stayed. It is especially unique to find a place like this full of history in New Zealand, and it was impressive to see how the owners have harmoniously combined East and West in the interior. They certainly have an eye for detail! They were... More

We stayed with Nick and Jenny at the Warwick House for two nights and we absolutely loved it! The house looks like a castle and that's how it feels too! Our room was beautifully decorated. I especially loved the clawfoot bath, how Victorian! From the guest entrance and balcony you have a nice view over the city and the bay.... More
