Checked in here, having checked out of the Angsana Resort, which is a dilapidated dump. What a difference the Peppers Beach club is. Ultra modern, chic, with luxuriously appointed apartments complete with Barbecues on the balcony. Staff were friendly , and the pool is big and clean. A shame that it is built , like most hotels in queensland, around... more

Enjoyed my stay at this resort. It is in a great location for getting to places around Cairns. The resort has decent restaurants, but try other places along the shore for a variety. more

Peppers Beach Club is a great hotel! Being a travel agent I have the opportunity of staying at many low to high end accommodation and the Beach Club ticks the majority of boxes for high end. Let me start off with the pools... the main pool is amazing! It is always very clean in the water, the sand is racked... more

We have just returned from spending 4 nights at this resort. , where unfortunately we had nothing but trouble. The housekeeping is terible with dishes not done, rubbish not taken, ammenities not replaced . They made the bed and that was it . I complained the first time and they eventually came to the room and bought me a tea... more

I've stayed at the Sea Temple Palm Cove previously, but as I was with my one year old little boy this time, I chose Peppers Beach Club because of it's more central location. It was an ok stay, let down by the service & food. I'm aware that this is going to sound negative & complaining, but it was my... more

We stayed at the Beach Club for six nights, and it was a very relaxing holiday. The highlight of the hotel was the large lagoon pool. There were two other pools in the complex, one virtually right next to the lagoon pool, and another quieter secluded one in another part of the complex (but a bit too dark and shaded... more

After much deliberation over which hotel to book, I decided on Peppers. Much to my delight I was not disappointed and found the hotel even more appealing than in the photos. The pool and garden areas are lovely and the 1 bedroom suites very spacious and immaculate. It is a very family friendly resort, however as a couple we found the... more

We were overall very happy with our stay at Peppers Beach Club Palm Cove. We requested a nice view and so thank you to FNQ apartments for arranging an apartment with a private outlook onto the tropical garden (and the flame torches at night). The spa on the balcony was an added bonus that we weren't expecting as it wasn't... more

We thought this was a fantastic hotel and terrific value. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was spacious and had two TVs, a super comfy bed, beautiful views fo the hills from the bedroom and the pool from the verandah and living area. The pools were terrific and the service friendly everytime we needed anything. There is a... more

Just returned from a two night stay at Peppers, Palm Cove. The hotel is situated on the main strip and overlooks the beach and Coral Sea. Palm Cove is a delightful spot, easy going and relaxing. Peppers is in a great location, has great amenities. The staff were great, friendly, responsive and attentive. We had a spa room overlooking the... more
