Wanted to stay in the best place at Palm Cove (and surrounds). When we got there I knew we had. Awesome pool(s) - definitely a selling point. more

Booked at a great rate <AUD$150, room was top floor (no lift) but we were travelling without kids so no worries. The town itself is beautifully set along the the esplanade lined with palm trees. Not much to do but use the hotels great lagoon pool and swim up bar, walk along the beach (Nov-May the stingers are around so... more

not very professional service. Arrived after spending fantastic night on the reef very tired and ready to relax, to find our rooms on opposite sides of the lagoon pool. We had travelled and booked entire trip with our friends and this was the only place that messed booking up. QUOTE WAS "DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE TRAVELLING TOGETHER" NO APOLOGIES OR... more

Great spot right by the beach. Rooms were tidy and modern. Outdoor spa bath was a surprise. Pool excellent and we enjoyed the swim up bar ! Good restaurants at the front door. Nothing missing. We'd still rather stay in Port Douglas but it some respects it was a shame to leave Peppers to go to Port. more

As a birthday treat for our nipper (11 YO daughter) and two of her friends, we booked a 2 bedroom Penthouse for a one night stay over the weekend. This, as it turned out, was plenty of time for us to see what the resort has to offer. Check-in was easy (we booked through Hotels.com) and within two minutes, we... more

We visited during the school holidays Sept/ Oct for a much needed relaxing family holiday. Travelling from Perth with 2 teenagers and a 3 year old we hoped that the resort would live up to expectations . It certainly did... we had a slight concern on arrival as the rooms we booked and paid for were not available to us... more

We stayed at Peppers for 10 days in September 2009 and had a fantastic time. The resort is ideal for people with kids, ours being 3 and 1. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with direct access to the pool which was very handy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with the convenience of a kitchen and laundry. The lagoon... more

This was a great resort for thoe with children. We stayed for 9 nights with our 2 1/2 year old and he spend the whole time in the lagoon pool, large safe area for him to splash in, lots of shade provided by the surrounding palm trees, pool toys provided by the resort, lots of other kids to play with.... more

We stayed for three nights in a spa room. Walking into the resort, directly opposite the beach you see the resort pools with the fountain functioning, and it is beautiful. The resort was beautiful, and our room was lovely, a spacious bathroom, comfortable bed and a spa outside on the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful in recommending tours... more

Great hospitality from staff, nice resort facilities. If the main lagoon pool gets too loud with children and so forth, the serenity pool is always quiet. The beach is just across the road and the life saving flags are right there too. If more privacy on the beach is wanted, a short walk down the other end of town is... more
