This was a great resort for thoe with children. We stayed for 9 nights with our 2 1/2 year old and he spend the whole time in the lagoon pool, large safe area for him to splash in, lots of shade provided by the surrounding palm trees, pool toys provided by the resort, lots of other kids to play with.... more

We stayed for three nights in a spa room. Walking into the resort, directly opposite the beach you see the resort pools with the fountain functioning, and it is beautiful. Great hospitality from staff, nice resort facilities. If the main lagoon pool gets too loud with children and so forth, the serenity pool is always quiet. Stayed here for two nights in August. This is our 5th trip to the area. We always stay in Port Douglas but on this trip decided to spend 4 nights in PD & 2 in Palm Cove.. Im glad we did. We enjoyed our stay at Peppers very much. The things to note are that in winter (June-Aug) the main pool is too cold to swim in for all but the most brave.
