I usually don't write reviews but please read this advice and don't stay here, it is uterly disgusting! Customer service is terrible and were not helpful. Rooms are revolting (not cleaned and ants and human hair everywhere) and the whole hotel is in really bad condition and desperately in need for a makeover. I would probably not even stay here... Seriously needs a Reno, the place is falling apart. It was raining when we went and there was water everywhere, even dripping from an electrical cord. The bar stools had exposed nails and the pool wasn't clean.

Noisy and completely no security- people talking outside your room all night as you can see the long passage leading to the rooms outside. I can here someone banging the floor as if they are having drunken party upstairs and people just drink and smoke outside your room- never bring your family here

Very disappointed initially when we booked in at the state of the room. Supposed to be two double beds for four adults. Room not cleaned yet when we arrived near 3 pm. Not at all what we expected from all the hype on the intenet booking. Place is one star, staff and food were five star. Good for a backpacker... More

No baths, no hand towels, no clock, no phones, front desk shuts down completely at night so you feel totally isolated, honey ants - reception was very friendly. Needed a cab to get to beach and cabs were expensive.

We paid for 3 nights and took one look at the revolting room we turned around and asked for our money back. The queen bed in two singe beds shoved together with a mattress protector over the top. The beds were unmade on arrival. The rooms looked like jail cells. The pool did look nice but we couldn't bring ourselves... More

Our Disappointment started when we arrived at the car park. It looks nothing like in the photos. Dirt, cracks, old chipped paintwork and signs; stains all up the carpeted hallway, painted Breezeblocks walls! (really! looks like a prison!) - and that was before we got to our room. Shower was over the bath with a curtain. Stains & rust from... More

Have stayed there before and been happy. This time the first room they gave us had not been cleaned so they had to move us to a gound floor room but people kept us away off and on all night long with very loud talking out by the pool area. Shower was so small you could only just fit in... More
