It had everything we could have needed and we could have quite happily have stayed longer if we didn't have a plane to catch! We had a wonderful stay at Sunlit Waters. This place truly is a hidden gem. Stayed in the small studio which had ample space - even an extra bed! We found SUnlit Waters Apts by accident and thank goodness we were so lucky! The apartments are amazing. Really Clean, tidy, best views, great host ( Stuart) and good facilities at the very best price in Airlie Beach. What more could you want? We are world travellers and not easily impressed, but we would not hesitate in recommending this place.... more

Although up a steep hill, it is only a 5/10 minute walk to town and you avoid all the noise from the bars and clubs. The rooms were spacious, with a double and single bed, and the views of the ocean were spectacular. The pool was nice, if cold, and overall we were delighted with the place for the money. more
