We stayed three nights at Myaura during our vacation at the east coast of Australia. The view is amazing and it was a lot of fun to see and feed the Kookaburras. We had a relaxing afternoon at the beautful (whirl)pool. Nice balcony where we enjoyed our cheese platter and a bottle of wine in the evening aswell as the... More

My husband and I spent 2 nights at Myaura while we were visiting the Whitsunday Islands. The B&B is within walking distance to downtown Airlie and also perfect for visiting the Islands. Lesley served us a wonderful appetizer platter and glass of wine upon arrival, a welcome treat after our long drive. Our room was clean and comfortable, the bed... More

Stayed here for five nights whilst working in the area. Was extremely hot when I first arrived and was met by Lesley who told me there was a beer and some wine in the fridge and a cheese platter to help myself too and by god the beer was welcome! The platter was a really nice touch and Lesly made... More

Lesley & Alan made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The tastiest cheese/antipasto complimentary platter we've experienced with a glass of Chardonnay. Top nosh! Cute & compact en-suite bathroom. Large bed was firm & comfy, we both got a relaxing night’s sleep. Casual checkout time was opportune after a late night watching two complimentary DVDs (another bonus). The view... More

Was welcomed by the owners with a brief tour of the room and breakfast in the fridge. Very basic, but clean. The bed was very uncomfortable and in need of a new mattress. I thought the price was expensive, compared to other places we had stayed in on our tour along the East coast. More

My husband and I booked in to the Myaura on our way down the Queenland Coast. On arrival we were given a welcome plate which was very pleasant but could have been improved if the biscuits had been crisp. The plate was probably prepared a little early and kept in the fridge with cling film. The lady owner was very... More
