A simple B&B five minutes drive from Croft race track. Room was clean and tidy with a nice bathroom. Friendly owner. Modern it is not but very convenient for the race track. Breakfast was nice and they will do take away bags too.

Really good clean place, very good bathrooms, lovely hostess, great breakfast, great price. Good size bedroom - what's not to like! Good pub a short drive away with some lovely food. Easy to recommend as EXCELLENT value for money.

Booked up for two nights to watch the bike racing at the nearby (2 miles) Croft circuit. Stayed a night on the way to memorial service in the Lakes. Dianne could not have been more helpful. We only stayed one night as we were going to croft circuit the next day. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast next morning was excellent. Well worth staying and we would definately recommend it.

We stayed at the Acorn Corner as we were going to Croft racing circuit for the British Super Bikes, it was a pleasant walk to the circuit and the accommodation is is a lovely, quiet location. We stayed for 2 nights in order to attend a wedding nearby and we are so glad we found this B&B! Dianne was really friendly and welcoming and our room was clean, modern and really comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!
