My husband & I stayed here on 2 April for one night. We are usually wary about B&Bs but Netherby House was different. Jasmin, the owner, was very welcoming and friendly. There was complimentary Port, coffee & tea. We found our room very clean & comfortable. Highly recommend this B&B.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place. Old world charm by the river and lovely food at the cafe for lunch. The hosts were terrific and our stay was too short. We will definately call again.It is a hidden gem by the river in Kempsey.

Booked in for two nights, our host was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Room full of old world charm, choccies and port, dinner excellent quality. Good value for money. Avoid the stereotype hotels, stay here.

We had prebooked and paid for accomodation. We rang the morning of our arrival to advise what time we would get here and left a message. Upon arriving at 1.30pm we found the establishment locked. We found a phone a number, called the number and were advised there would be no one there for an hour. Not good enough

I have often through Kempsey without knowing this treasure was here - the signs are not too obvious and you could easily have driven through town without knowing what you have missed. I have never liked driving too many hours in a day and Kempsey is quite often a convenient place to stop over or have lunch or a cup... More

Lovely homey place. A real labour of love with very tasteful attention to detail. Great food too. Quality is the prevalent theme here. From the fabrics to the tissues. Little details like the port and chocs for supper make for the feeling you are cared about.

We recently stayed at Nertherby house. Nice location overlooking the river and prett quiet. This house is an olde charmer, nice and interestingdecor. Continental breakfast that was provided was more than satisfactory. Bed very comfy. Would definately stay again.
