I love this place. Whenever I can't stay at a friends place when I fly down from Brisbane I always stay here. I used to live in Randwick so this is the closest I can stay to my old home. It's cosy and warm. Great value...love it.

We chose this place to stay because it was close to Randwick racecourse. Buses are not too far away to catch to get to the racecourse. The room was spacious and comfortable, as was the bed. The fan and open windows made the room quite cool for sleeping.

First the welcome was not nice with kids, as though we disturbed the receptionist. She paid directly using the cerdit card without warning since we booked on booking.com. Good value for price point when you can get the deals. Location excellent.I stay there a lot and have always found staff to be very helpful, and rooms very clean and comfortable. Bondi and city very accessible by public transport. Dont stay there in summer becuase there is no ariconditioning though

Quiet and comfortable. Off street parking available and close to Randwick and public transport. Kitchenette in room and communal kitchen available. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Ceiling fan in room but no air conditioning - was fine when we were there but I would ask for a room downstairs in really hot weather.

Good location for going to city -a bus stop is close by - Avoca Street; walking distance to supermarket, shops, restaurants and pubs and also to the beach. Free parking (unlimited street parking). We had a room with a large bay window and with the windows open and efficient ceiling fan we did not miss air-conditioner. Good value for money.
