Located on the Esplanade, a beach front park, the Mariner offers 60 luxuriously appointed, self-contained, spotless 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, each with living room, bedrooms with queen beds, large baths, and designer kitchens. Each upper floor unit balcony offers superb views of the lifeguard patrolled beach across the street. Furnishings and SS appliances appeared to be rather new, super modern, and included 32" flat screen TV in living and master bedroom, DVD, CD, & VCR players, stacked washer and dryer, A/C, ceiling fans, recessed lighting, and the cupboards were stocked with all dishes, utensils, and small appliances one needs to set up household, and the large dining table easily seated six.
