Thanks to Jeff (the friendly and helpful onsite manager) for making our family very welcome. The apartment was charming and very family friendly (with Foxtel and a large laundry). All that we needed was within easy walking distance. The views were spectacular and the ocean sounds a welcome relief from highway and airport noise.

Getting to our room on the top level of the property was a little disconcerting, but the apartment itself was good - recently refurbished. Fabulous location and views up the coast past Southport. We stayed here for 4 units between Christmas and New Year and it was our second stay. We had a two bedroom unit with a huge balcony (only partly covered) and fantastic views. We just spent 6 nights at here and it was amazing. Chose Unit 35, top floor, world class views, watched dolphins and whales playing in the ocean. Breathtaking views all the way up to the Gold Coast. Everything at Hillhaven is terrific, especially the location at Burleigh Heads - fantastic veiw to Surfers Paradise. Older place but clean and spacious. Only drawback was the very narrow car parks - hard to get in and out.

We stayed for a week, and loved it.the staff were v helpful and friendly.the location is awesome, two minute walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.next door to a park with a great walk thru to an awesome beach.ocean views from our balcony also skyline of surfers paradise.definately recommended, by Ian & Sara.
