Firstly, the biggest problem with this hotel is definitely the service, in particular, the reception lady. She’s rude and unwilling to help. Why would you bother going into this industry if you don’t like contact with people?? don't let the rudeness of the front desk ladies detier you from your stay. customer service is definately not their fortay!!!! positives: -our room was clean (you could still smell the bleach) -about a 2 min walk to a great beach -the gentlemen that runs the restaurant attached to the hotel was fabulous - he went above and beyond to... more

You defiantly get what you pay for at this hotel, cheap rooms, cheap service, do not expect anything more! My husband and I decided on this place mainly because yes we were on a very tight budget, but also because it was a very good location, close to Pacific Fair Mall, close to the beach, and it was in between... more

have you ever seen an hotel where you have to pay to get more toilet paper ou to get a shower towel? here you are!! the room is not cleaned during the time you stay!! but in another way the location is great, near a foodcourt and only 1minutes to beach by walk!! enjoy more

Visiting for business and on a limited budget, outrigger was great value and even received a free buffet breakfast. Its also located in Burleigh which is the best part of the Gold Coast from my point of view more
