Very good place to stay, the atmosphere was a little lacking. The staff was fine but would expected them to be a little more up beat. The venue would be a ten out of ten if the feel was more engaging.

We have had a beautiful stay at the shearwater. We were in a two bedroom and it has everything you need while away from home. The facilities are clean. The pool and spa is heated and has easy access. It is close to parks, beach and the sea pool. I would recommend it to everyone!

Great location,right across from the beach with several restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff and spacious room. Great views of the ocean. The pool is good but rather small.The a/c in our room broke and they had no hesitation in moving us to another room.

We have stayed here a number of times, always good. Handy to everything. The only exception is that they allow smoking on balconies. This trip there were a number of smokers styling at pool level within a few metres of the pools making the pool area unusable to non smokers or those with kids of which we are both.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the pool level. A glass balustrade separated our balcony from the pool area. It was great for our boys aged 8, 10 & 12. Perfect location, rooms clean and high floors have the best ocean view. Good value for money and the staff very accommodating. Rooms well appointed. Bed excellent, the sun gets you up early. Within good walking distance to town shops and excellent restaurants below resort. Highly recommend the resort without reservation.
