Stayed at Sandcastles in July 2006 on the recomendation of a friend. We booked a penthouse unit and really lucked out and got arguably the best appartment in the complex.

As the units are privately owned the style of decor varies from unit to unit, as do the amenities, some have spas on the top floor sundeck, most have a barbeque and ours had a telescope!

The private sundeck on our apartment looked directly over the Surf Club and out over the bay. You can watch the sun rise right out of the sea, it was awesome!!.

The units are not new but still well maintained and clean.
The ideal spot for some sun and R & R, some days we didnt leave the unit.

Not sure of the unit no but ask for the one with the telescope!
