The Marlin Gateway Apartments are centrally located in Trinity Beach in Cairns Queensland close to the beautiful beach, fabulous shops and supermarket and only a bus ride to the Cairns CBD. The Manager was very helpful with arranging tours to the fantastic unique attractions in Cairns.

Spent a week in the 3 bedroom family unit with my toddler. It was an excellent option for me & a little one with a small fenced yard. My two daughters and I stayed here for a few nights in early June 2011. Lovely, spacious apartment w/very comfortable beds. Nice alternative location to downtown Cairns. Easy walk to beach and restaurants, easy bus ride to snorkeling and other attractions, and Helen, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating.

On arriving at Marlin Gateway, we were treated to Helen's fantastic hospitality with a pot of milk to enable us to enjoy a cuppa before hitting the shops. The rooms are good, and the veranda is large and sunny. There were birds and butterflies in the garden. The WiFi didn't work with my netbook and I still don't know why. The service is very good.

We had a fabulous time! Trinity Beach is a beautiful beach with a charming little town, and Marlin Gateway is about a five minute walk to the beach. A nice spacious unit. Units very clean with everything in it that you need. Pool area is well maintained with a fantastic BBQ area. Helen and Jerry were really helpful with their extensive local knowledge. They were very accomodating hosts who couldn't be any more helpful.
