This motel is located at the end of the main street of Warwick (cnr Palmerin and Victoria) which means it is located away from the highway traffic and trucks. It would take maybe 7-10 minutes to walk into the centre of town.
The room was quite reasonably sized - better than you'd expect for a 3 star motel. The bathroom had a spa bath which is the reason for paying $115 instead of $90 for the night - this was the only room left when we checked in. It was a nice bathroom for a three star motel. On check out we were told the room was bigger than others also, so you might consider spending the little extra worthwhile.
The restaurant wasn't open (looks like it is only for functions), however this wasn't a problem as we were directed to the Horse and Jockey Motel across the street and had a nice - pub food - meal.
Warwick is worth a visit for an overnight stay, the town is fairly old and has a few hoistoric buildings, such as the court house, and a fine cathedral...
