Room quite old, you can feel it is no more in its best days but everything is clean, tv bed sheets and towel are fairly new and that'senough and good for the price we paid. Best quality is the very friendly and helpful stuff!

I will use this motel again to break the trip between Sydney and Melbourne. Although not new, a fresh paint job and attractive soft furnishings in a spacious room gave it a nice feel. Good value for a budget bed for the might.

Nice hotel close to be Benalla town cente. The rooms are clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a good nights sleep. We had very friendly service from the staff at Rose city motor inn. The gardens are lovely and it was nice to use the pool
