The staff are friendly, rooms are clean and have all the basics that you need. The beds and linens could do with a bit of an update but for a one night stop in town you can't go wrong with this place. I Have stayed in all other motels in town and this only one I have returned to.

Small but really clean room with very pleasant, friendly hosts. Good position close to town. Plenty of tea and coffee, there is Foxtel on the TV and great air conditioning. Recommended for your visit to lovely Colac.

I booked 2 rooms by phone on the the day, then cancelled 3 hours later after being stuck too far away with work. Called back to cancel and got abused by Beryl and she hung up on me. She should have taken a deposit rather than being spiteful. Steer clear!
